Job Description:

Checkr is building the data platform to power safe and fair decisions. This role involves developing and managing features within Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk, collaborating with analysts, and utilizing AI tools for agent productivity and customer experience. Candidates must have strong Salesforce development experience and a passion for innovation in a hybrid working environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features within Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk
  • collaborate with business systems analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions that are maintainable and scalable
  • design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that integrate Salesforce's Einstein capabilities and other AI services
  • partner with other engineers to architect new features and ensure seamless integration with existing Service Cloud applications
  • monitor the performance of features, troubleshoot issues, and inform future enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the Service Cloud platform
  • Zendesk development experience is a plus
  • demonstrated experience with the full software development lifecycle within an Agile or Scrum environment, from collaborating on business requirements to leading technical solution design
  • strong command of development tools like Git, SFDX CLI, DevOps pipelines
  • a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the entire feature lifecycle from initial design to production release
  • collaborative mindset and passion for continuous learning
  • focus on delivering value to customers and improving agent experience.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, chatbots, or other AI tooling
  • ability to identify initiatives where AI can be strategically applied to accelerate and enhance both the agent's workflow and the overall customer experience.
