We're seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative to join our Bloomington, MN team. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of working remotely with in-office collaboration 2+ days per week. The successful candidate will join a close-knit group of representatives handling significant call volumes—up to 450 calls daily during peak times, split among the team. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time hire based on performance and fit.
Job Responsibility:
Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely, professional manner
Manage high call volumes as part of a team while maintaining customer satisfaction and efficiency
Navigate multi-channel communications, including phone, email, and internal messaging systems, to assist customers consistently and effectively
Input, update, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM tools and company databases
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns by analyzing the issue and providing tailored solutions or escalating to the appropriate department as needed
Collaborate with other team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a seamless workflow
Continuously enhance your knowledge of company products, services, systems, and policies to ensure you’re equipped to provide top-notch support at all times
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, call centers, or similar high-volume environments
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and other digital collaboration tools
Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to think quickly and tailor solutions to customer needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage challenging tasks and conversations with poise and professionalism
Confidence working both independently and in a team environment while maintaining flexibility during peak business periods
Outstanding time-management skills, with the ability to balance competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
