IQM is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing Political team. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of some of the most impactful and fast‑moving campaigns in the market, directly managing relationships with political clients across both self serve and managed service models. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, trainer, and strategic partner to campaigns, agencies, and advocacy groups using programmatic media to reach voters. From onboarding through execution and optimization, you’ll help clients unlock the full value of IQM’s DSP while navigating complex compliance requirements and high stakes timelines.
Job Responsibility:
Client Management and Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned political accounts across self serve and managed service. Build strong relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth
Training and Enablement: Lead onboarding sessions and structured training programs for political clients. Provide ongoing education on platform capabilities, new features, compliance requirements, and best practices
Campaign Support: Partner with clients on campaign setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and real time adjustments. Support managed service campaigns to ensure delivery, performance, and compliance standards are met
Strategic Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert in political advertising, advising clients on targeting strategies, inventory across CTV, display, mobile, and OTT, and voter audience segmentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ad Operations, Sales, and Product teams to represent client needs, troubleshoot issues, and influence product improvements based on real world feedback
Retention and Growth: Monitor client health, proactively identify risks, and develop success plans to secure renewals. Identify upsell opportunities to expand platform adoption and deepen partnerships
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations
Strong background in ad tech, programmatic advertising, and DSP platforms
Direct experience supporting political advertising and navigating compliance requirements
Experience managing both self serve and managed service clients in fast paced environments
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
Nice to have:
Political tech or agency side experience supporting campaigns or advocacy clients
Hands on experience training clients on complex SaaS or ad tech platforms
Deep familiarity with FEC and state level compliance considerations
Experience partnering cross functionally to improve workflows and client outcomes
