As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll work directly with our most valuable customers, guiding them from first collaboration to long-term results. Your role is to make sure they get the most value from our (AI) technology, services and their partnership with our freelance network. You’ll focus on building long-term relationships, lead the execution of tailored solutions, and own retention and upsell opportunities. You’ll be working in a fast-growing segment of our business, and we’re looking for someone who can think creatively, act proactively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Build strong working relationships with a set of high-value clients
Align client goals with Contentoo’s services, check in regularly, and solve issues
Work with teams across onboarding, talent, operations, and product to ensure smooth setup and collaboration
Become an expert in Contentoo’s platform to improve customer experience and find new opportunities
Keep accounts healthy and growing by building relationships with multiple stakeholders
Take ownership of accounts
Lead renewals, spot upsell opportunities, run Executive Business Reviews, and create success plans
Support newer CSMs and help improve how the CS team works
Work with teams such as Finance, Marketing, and Legal to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
At least 4 years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing, consulting, or partnership management role
Proven track record of managing high-revenue books of business and/or enterprise customers
Comfortable building strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders
Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Self-starter with a hands-on, commercial mindset
Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
Enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously
Use AI to save time, find insights, and support customers
Comfortable digging into data to understand customer behaviour and needs
Basic analytical skills to translate insights into action
Combine a product mindset with hands-on platform knowledge
Basic understanding of the content marketing landscape
Nice to have:

Experience working with or within a marketing team
