IQM is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support and expand our general market / enterprise client relationships. This role is responsible for driving strategic account growth, retention, and long-term customer value across IQM’s DSP platform. As a senior member of the Customer Success team, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across brands and agencies. You will play a critical role in shaping client strategy, influencing revenue outcomes, and ensuring successful adoption of IQM’s platform across complex organizations. This role requires deep expertise in AdTech and programmatic advertising, strong client leadership skills, and the ability to operate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, managing relationships across both self-serve and managed-service accounts
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning IQM as a long-term strategic partner
Lead end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, adoption, retention, and expansion
Partner with clients to develop data-driven media strategies, translating business goals into actionable platform execution across inventory types, targeting, and optimization approaches
Monitor account health and proactively identify risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities
Drive account growth and expansion opportunities, including renewals, upsells, and increased platform adoption
Act as a subject matter expert on IQM’s platform, providing advanced training, insights, and best practices to clients
Mentor junior team members and contribute to scaling Customer Success processes and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, AdOps, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex issues and improve client outcomes
Provide client feedback and market insights to internal teams to influence product development and go-to-market strategy
Requirements:
5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations within AdTech or programmatic advertising
Strong expertise in DSP platforms, programmatic media, and the broader AdTech ecosystem
Proven experience managing and growing enterprise-level clients in a SaaS or AdTech environment
Demonstrated ability to own and expand strategic accounts, including renewals and revenue growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into strategic insights and recommendations
Nice to have:
Experience mentoring or leading initiatives within a Customer Success or Account Management team
Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with both self-serve and managed-service clients
