As a Rapid 7 Senior Customer Success Advisor (CSA), you will act as a trusted advisor for our customers and use your cyber security knowledge and expertise of R7 products and solutions to ensure customers maximize the value from their R7 investment. Responsible for overall success and satisfaction, the Senior CSA’s mission is to create customer advocates in our technical environment. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with CISOs and other technology users, understanding customers’ unique cyber security goals, creating Success Plans, and providing customers with the necessary support and guidance to meet their goals and help secure renewals.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact to address inquiries, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction
Provide product and domain expertise to ensure customers effectively adopt and optimise Rapid7 solutions
Lead key customer engagements such as status reviews and Executive Business Reviews
Identify and mitigate risks within customer accounts to support retention and renewal
Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product and service improvements.
Requirements:
5–6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within SaaS or high-tech (cybersecurity preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2+)
Ability to develop customer strategies and drive product adoption for measurable ROI
Solid understanding of technical concepts and security frameworks
Experience partnering with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
Strong project management, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to identify and mitigate customer risks proactively
