Job Description:

Senior Customer Service Representative role at CVS Health focused on transforming healthcare through dedicated customer service, making outbound calls to clients and payers, resolving claims issues, and presenting data to provider groups.

Job Responsibility:

Making outbound calls to clients and payers while working with other teams to resolve claims issues
Documenting claims details into necessary tools
Presenting data from spreadsheet to high level provider groups
Working with staff to ensure work is completed timely and accurately

Requirements:

1+ years of experience working with medical claims with understanding of how benefit levels are applied
1+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry
Previous experience and comfortability with presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must be able to work standard business hours in Eastern Standard Time
High school diploma or GED

Nice to have:

Previous health insurance work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
