Requirements:
3–5+ years of customer service experience, with some senior or escalation experience
A warm, positive communication style that customers notice
Calm, cool, and collected when challenges arise
Tech‑savvy with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
