Job Responsibility
Efficiently process customer orders, manage quotations, and maintain accurate data within our ERP and CRM systems
Resolve customer inquiries and track shipments proactively to ensure maximum satisfaction
Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding, seamless service results
Contribute your ideas to routine process improvement initiatives
Manage multiple priorities under deadlines while maintaining a positive, professional, and diplomatic approach to customer interactions
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of dedicated customer service experience
ideally within a Shared Service Centre (SSC) or multinational/corporate environment
Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems
SAP-C11 experience is highly preferred (general ERP training can be provided if you have background in similar systems like Oracle/SAP)
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
An additional European language is highly valued but not required
High School diploma or equivalent required
a Government Body award or equivalent certification is a plus
A proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, and a collaborative team attitude
