Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hartford, Wisconsin. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer service operations and ensuring seamless order processing. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee customer service and order management tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Utilize NetSuite CRM to track and manage customer orders, maintaining detailed records
  • Coordinate shipments with trucking companies, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery
  • Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and product availability
  • Provide support for quoting and sales administration needs, particularly for industrial clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to orders, inventory management, and logistics
  • Assist in planning logistics and coordinating freight operations to optimize efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and contribute to enhancing operational processes
  • Manage administrative functions, including office operations and coordination of documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related roles
  • Proficiency in NetSuite CRM for order tracking and management
  • Strong skills in freight coordination and logistics planning
  • Experience with inventory analysis and management
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence and customer interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with quoting and sales administration processes, especially in industrial settings
