As a Customer Service Representative, you are the crucial link between commercial needs and logistical excellence. You contribute directly to business revenues and customer satisfaction by securing an uninterrupted Order-to-Cash process. You evaluate external customer requirements and translate them into internal logistical requests, requiring close cooperation with Sales and Supply Chain teams. Beyond operational handling, you participate in projects to optimize processes and drive KPIs linked to our transformation agenda.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service within a commercial or logistical environment
Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
Practical knowledge of SAP and affinity with systems and processes
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) is a must
