Job Description:

The Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to convert small business owners into new customers and retain existing customers as loyal advocates. This role focuses on creating impactful, personalized customer experiences across channels (email and SMS) to drive engagement, revenue, and long-term retention throughout the customer journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute audience targeting, messaging, and lifecycle initiatives
  • Create data-driven customer journey maps and loyalty strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and overall customer lifetime value
  • Develop seamless omni-channel experiences for each stage of the customer journey
  • Launch automated email and SMS campaigns leveraging marketing technology platforms
  • Deliver personalized and dynamic content emphasizing small business needs, particularly business insurance education
  • Implement a test-and-learn approach to optimize lifecycle strategies and improve campaign performance
  • Monitor key metrics such as deliverability, click-through rates, and engagement to meet sales and retention goals
  • Stay updated on CRM best practices, industry trends, and recommend new technologies when applicable

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in multi-channel Customer Relationship Management and marketing tools
  • Proven leadership skills to drive collaboration across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and expertise in enhancing customer experiences
  • Strong technical and creative abilities, with a hands-on approach to working with designers and copywriters
  • Proficiency in email marketing, CRM segmentation, personalization, and deliverability
  • Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on experimentation and results
  • Excellent communication skills and project management abilities
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Salesforce expertise is a plus
