Job Description:

Senior Custom Credit Banker responsible for providing services to affluent, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, family offices and charities. Works within Wealth & Investment Management to deliver personalized wealth management, investment, planning, and retirement products and services.

Job Responsibility:

Originate and execute the entire custom loan product suite
Plan strategy and drive execution to deliver high-quality, complex custom credit solutions
Develop presentations for prospective clients
Negotiate and close the sale of custom credit products
Accountable for asset growth and loan profitability
Develop and implement strategies for new business development
Provide oversight, coaching and education to teams
Act as an advisor to leadership
Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges
Maintain effective risk management

Requirements:

7+ years of Wealth Custom Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Private Banking, Corporate Banking or Commercial Lending experience
Excellent sales and relationship management skills
Knowledge of traditional banking products
Credit risk experience
FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

Nice to have:

A Master's degree or higher
Private Banking, Corporate Banking or Commercial Lending experience
