Lead our end-to-end optimization and personalization strategy across digital sales touchpoints for our B2C customers. Your mission is to increase conversion, engagement, and customer lifetime value by delivering frictionless, relevant, and tailored experiences throughout the subscription journey.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for CRO and personalization across all digital sales channels
Identify high-impact opportunities through behavioral analysis, segmentation, funnel diagnostics, and customer insights
Drive A/B and multivariate testing, personalization rules, and audience-based experiences
Implement personalization use cases across landing pages, product selection, checkout, and logged-in experiences
Develop a scalable experimentation culture, including prioritization models, documentation, and shared learning processes
Collaborate with marketing to align personalization with lifecycle campaigns and traffic strategies
Partner with product and engineering to ensure personalization logic and experimentation tools integrate smoothly into the tech stack
Track and report on the impact of optimization and personalization initiatives on key KPIs such as conversion, sales, churn, customer lifetime value and higher digital engagement for service errands
Requirements:
6+ years in CRO, personalization, digital growth, or related roles
Proven ability to improve conversion rates and revenue through structured testing and advanced personalization strategies
Experience in subscription-based digital businesses
telco experience is a strong advantage
Background in working with cross-functional teams within digital product and sales environments
Deep expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization
Very strong analytical capabilities including segmentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral insights
Good understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), tagging, and data layer concepts
Ability to translate insights into clear hypotheses, test designs, and optimization roadmaps
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how they influence behavior and conversion
Skilled in collaborating with product owners, developers, designers, and analysts
Can read and understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as able to make small front-end changes in testing tools and troubleshoot broken variations or selectors without relying on developers
Has understanding of DOM structure, dataLayer usage, and how personalization payloads are injected
