You will support the development and execution of CRM and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels. You will contribute to the optimization of customer communications and retention activities, helping deliver a consistent and effective customer experience while ensuring campaigns are performance-driven and aligned with business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels (email, push notifications and in app messages)
Continuously refine multi-channel comms and develop retention strategies
Support CRM Manager to define customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all customer touch-points
Define key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness
Ensure all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analysed
Be owner of weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc deep dives
Requirements:
2-3 years minimum experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
Proficient in HTML
Good copywriting skills
Ability to develop & optimise CRM flows to drive revenue
Knowledge of leveraging consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data
Commercially savvy, analytical and data-driven
Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
Organized, responsible and proactive
Ability to optimize, prioritize and organize time
Ability to carry out a high pace of work
Able to communicate in English in a fluent way
Ability to potentiate teamwork and keep everyone motivated
