Job Description

You will support the development and execution of CRM and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels. You will contribute to the optimization of customer communications and retention activities, helping deliver a consistent and effective customer experience while ensuring campaigns are performance-driven and aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels (email, push notifications and in app messages)
  • Continuously refine multi-channel comms and develop retention strategies
  • Support CRM Manager to define customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all customer touch-points
  • Define key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness
  • Ensure all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analysed
  • Be owner of weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc deep dives

Requirements

  • 2-3 years minimum experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
  • Proficient in HTML
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Ability to develop & optimise CRM flows to drive revenue
  • Knowledge of leveraging consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data
  • Commercially savvy, analytical and data-driven
  • Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
  • Organized, responsible and proactive
