A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior CRM Manager to join an exciting brand based two days per week in Brighton. You will define the CRM strategy and increase overall Conversion. Focusing on re-engagement, customer retention and loyalty across all channels including email, direct mail and SMS. You will be responsible for designing a multi-segmented CRM strategy, building a loyal customer database and driving sales across all market channels. You will need to make proactive recommendations for automated and event triggered communications. You will be developing the initial CRM strategy program, looking over the communications with customers through CRM.
