Inspired Education Group is seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior CRM Campaign Manager to join the Marketing team on a maternity cover basis, ideally starting in June 2026. The role will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of CRM activity across global markets, ensuring communications are personalised, timely and aligned to the full customer lifecycle. Working within a fast-paced, international environment, you will play a key role in improving engagement, retention and customer lifetime value through high-impact, data-led CRM strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Own the customer journey strategy, ensuring communications are timely, relevant and personalised across lifecycle stages
Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, app and direct mail)
Develop and execute CRM strategies that improve acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation
Analyse customer journey data and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
Oversee segmentation and audience targeting to deliver measurable, data-driven campaigns
Produce regular reporting on CRM performance, engagement and retention outcomes
Manage and support junior CRM team members, developing capability and expertise
Collaborate with regional school leaders, admissions and marketing teams across global markets
Partner with IT and digital teams on CRM and marketing automation tools to improve customer journeys
Maintain campaign calendars and ensure delivery against brand standards and deadlines
Champion innovation in CRM, including AI-driven personalisation and automation approaches
Requirements:
Proven experience in CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing across acquisition, engagement and retention
Experience delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, funnels and performance metrics
Ability to translate insights into actionable improvements in engagement and conversion
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
