We’re working with a fast-growing, digital consumer business looking to hire a hands-on Senior CRM Executive to drive engagement, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. This is not a coordination or strategy-only role. They’re looking for someone who enjoys being in the platform daily – building, launching and optimising campaigns directly. You’ll take ownership of CRM campaign execution across email, push and in-app channels, helping to drive repeat transactions and customer retention within a performance-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys execution, testing and optimisation, and wants to take real ownership of retention performance.
Job Responsibility:
Build and deploy email, push and in-app campaigns to drive engagement and repeat purchase
Create and optimise automated journeys across onboarding, active, non-purchaser and lapsed segments
Support high-impact promotional campaigns, including urgency and countdown mechanics
Own test-and-learn activity across messaging, timing, segmentation and incentives
Use behavioural and transactional data to drive segmentation and personalisation
Partner with Product and Data teams to improve targeting and campaign performance
Execute at pace within a lean, high-accountability team
Requirements:
1-3 years’ hands-on CRM experience within ecommerce, gaming, subscription or similar digital environments
Confident building campaigns and automation workflows end-to-end
Strong understanding of retention metrics such as repeat purchase rate, churn and lifetime value
Commercial mindset focused on revenue impact and performance outcomes
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, data-led business
