My client is a household name in retail looking for a brand-new Senior CRM Executive to join their Group Loyalty CRM team. They are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 alongside a bonus and some great benefits. You will work 1 day a week in their freshly refurbished Redditch head office, receiving industry leading training.

Job Responsibility:

  • assist in creating all Loyalty email communications
  • work with the wider loyalty team to design and build campaigns from initial concept through execution
  • use the latest innovation and technology to create dynamic and highly personalised campaigns efficiently
  • use segmentation techniques to select audiences to target emails to the right customers
  • ensure that customers receive appropriate levels of contact
