The Global Ads CRM Senior Executive will be part of the central CRM team, composed of 18+ specialists in CRM, dedicated to ideating and testing triggers and lifecycle journeys and executing campaigns for local markets. The team collectively strives to expand our subscriber base through new initiatives; delighting customers with personalised best-in-class experiences and leveraging AI to drive velocity of execution. You’ll report into the Head of Global CRM in London, with a dotted line into the Head of Advertising Operations, and initiate, execute, proof and send targeted campaigns across our customer segments, to support our advertising proposition globally. You’ll enjoy collaborating across the business and work closely with Marketing, Commercial and the Advertising Org. You'll operate under a hybrid work model, spending a minimum of three days a week at our London HQ. You’ll be a passionate and highly technical CRM marketer, who consistently puts the customer at the centre of their decision making and campaign execution.
Job Responsibility
Support the Head of Global CRM Manager with the Advertising CRM strategy: analyse and track key segments for future growth and commercial planning in both the UK and growth markets
Ensure the Advertising Team’s objectives are prioritised and delivered effectively within the Global Marketing Calendars
Collaborate with local CRM Managers, Advertising Team, Marketing Team and other stakeholders to support the CRM and Advertising calendar
Define processes and ways of working between Advertising and CRM across Deliveroo markets
Coordinate and be responsible for BAU calendar management and for creating engaging and dynamic end-to-end delivery of emails, push-notifications, executing in a timely and effective manner
Create, deploy and own local experiments to develop CRM best practices
Be comfortable with data targeting, segmentation & analysis - pulling it, manipulating it and interpreting it
Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure workloads & deadlines are managed efficiently (we love Slack channels for everything!)
Drive test & learn strategies to optimise email templates, channel content and customer initiatives creating email best practice and making recommendations across the business
Conduct post campaign reporting, pulling out the most interesting lessons and using these to guide your future ideas
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Business preferred) or strong relevant experience
