Senior Critical Environment Technician - Day Shift

As a ROC Critical Environment Technician, you will immerse yourself in the heart of our operations, taking the helm in our state-of-the-art Regional Operations Center. Your day will be dynamic, handling critical alarms and coordinating closely with local teams to ensure the seamless performance of our data centers. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining operational integrity and driving incident resolution, all within a collaborative and high-performance environment. This opportunity will allow you to learn about the intricacies of data center operations, develop expertise in incident response and alarm handling, and gain proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge monitoring tools and dashboards to maintain operational excellence. This role allows for remote work flexibility based on Manager discretion. This role is a Day Shift 7am-7pm Mon-Sun role, where you will be required to work shift assignments that may include weekends, and/or holidays. As a CO+I Critical Environment Technician, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.
