Job Responsibility
Monitor credit performance across consumer and commercial portfolios
Build and maintain credit risk dashboards that provide real-time visibility into portfolio health for senior management and the Board
Analyze early warning signals (7-day delinquency, payment behavior changes, credit utilization patterns) to predict portfolio stress before it materializes in losses
Track key credit risk indicators (KRIs) defined in the Bank's Risk Appetite Statement, including delinquency rates, charge-off metrics, risk grade distributions, and concentration limits
Prepare monthly/quarterly credit risk reports for the management and board committees
Lead or challenge credit risk assessments for new products, partnerships, underwriting policy changes, and portfolio expansion initiatives
Partner with Credit, Underwriting, and Product teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence
Support regulatory examinations by preparing credit risk documentation, responding to examiner requests, and presenting portfolio performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferably in a business or quantitative field
5+ years of prior credit risk experience in a bank / financial services organization
Experience with regulatory requirements and guidelines
Experience in BI tools, creating dashboards and reports for senior management review
Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
