It all begins with you. Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Credit Product Portfolio Specialist a part of Wells Fargo Commercial Bank. Primary responsibilities will be associated with the Commercial Vehicle Group's floorplan customers. Will work closely with CVG Dealer team territory managers and the program credit team to onboard and service floorplan customer relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead or participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients
  • Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges
  • Independently review and analyze moderately complex client portfolios
  • Partner with coverage teams to understand clients’ businesses and identify opportunities
  • Perform regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions
  • Collaborate and consult with peers and functional partners to resolve client servicing requests
  • Independently resolve moderately complex situations
  • Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on evolving market needs
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to a given product
  • Serve as a mentor for lower-level staff

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or related field
  • Experience with inventory finance sales or support
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Loan and Portfolio Monitoring and Administration experience
  • Advanced experience in MS Office suite of products
  • Experience in client facing role with focus on problem solving and/or client experience
