In partnership with BRIDGESTONE, the global industry leader, we are developing a high-impact operational structure to support the company's European operations. Successful candidates will serve as an integral component in the transition and establishment of critical processes being relocated from other regions. You will join a newly formed, dynamic team from its inception, actively contributing to the development of its organizational culture.
Job Responsibility:
Perform credit assessments based on financial reports, disclosures, and internal data
Determine and allocate credit limits and payment terms
review and adjust regularly
Monitor overdue receivables and manage dunning procedures
Release blocked orders and ensure liquidity through early repayment
Cooperate with trade credit insurance and debt collection services
Process insolvent customers and manage related documentation
Prepare monthly financial closing and KPI reports
Act as central information point for customer changes across departments
Interface with Shared Service Centre for payment postings and master data creation
Prepare audit-relevant information and support credit audits
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or comparable field
At least 4 years of professional experience in credit control or related area
Proven experience in balance sheet analysis and credit assessment
Strong IT skills in MS Office and SAP S/4 HANA (FI, SD, BW)
Ability to prepare reports and analyze KPIs
English C1
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex processes
Excellent communication and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and in a team
Goal-oriented and detail-focused approach
