  • Make decisions that will positively impact the company & its ability to achieve its goals.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Directors to screen and underwrite new lending opportunities, providing indicative terms based on preliminary deal data. Analyze sponsor pro formas, budgets, borrower financials, and market data to assess feasibility and determine appropriate loan sizing. Leverage insights from multiple platforms to support the "Pro Deal Mentality" and ensure alignment with the firm’s Risk Appetite.
  • Work with Relationship Managers and Directors to complete New Business Submissions for presentation to the Credit Committee, and prepare any necessary change memos following initial Committee approval. Support RMs throughout the deal process by serving as a key point of contact for brokers and sponsors - gathering information, addressing questions, and keeping deals moving forward efficiently.
