Job Description:

Leads a business services unit that delivers credentialing services to business units in support of organizational objectives at CVS Health, caring for people where, when and how they choose in a way that is uniquely more connected, more convenient and more compassionate.

Job Responsibility:

Lead business services unit delivering credentialing services
Communicate direction for Credentialing Operations processes
Analyze performance of company programs and initiatives
Formulate and implement strategy for credentialing operations unit
Counsel internal and external stakeholders on business review and credentialing services
Drive audit process including error correction and rebuttal
Review audit results for accuracy
Partner with network management and provider relations
Manage operational aspects of the team (budget, performance, compliance)
Implement workforce and succession plans
Manage team up to 20 employees

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years working with provider data, network, relations, or credentialing
Minimum 3 years managing/leading a team
Experience working in Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial Health Insurance
Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of professional work experience and education

Nice to have:

Experience working in credentialing operations
Strong written and verbal communication
