Job Description

Senior Creative role at Born Social, a social-first creative agency, dedicated to the Ford account. The role involves translating strategy into award-winning creative ideas, working closely with Strategists and the Design & Studio team, and delivering best-in-class social-first work for an automotive brand.

Job Responsibility

  • Translating strategy into effective social-first creative ideas for pitch, project, always on and campaign work
  • Pitching and presenting at new business stage and project delivery
  • Overseeing creative execution of strategies and briefs
  • Working to bridge the gap between thinking and making by identifying workflow challenges
  • Collaborating with other leaders to develop solutions for high quality work
  • Supporting the performance and development of Creatives
  • Helping with hiring and onboarding of new team members and freelancers
  • Working with Creative leaders to report insights on team performance
  • Supporting the writing of case studies and awards entries
  • Testing & teaching new approaches and tools within creative strategy and account teams

Requirements

  • Solid agency experience
  • Senior conceptual Creative or Senior Creative Strategy role experience
  • Deep understanding of social media and how it can be harnessed for brands
  • Ability to think social-first not social-only
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently
  • Proven track record of overseeing the creative production process
  • Strong deck writing, formatting and presentation skills
  • Experience and/or interest in working on an automotive brand is a big plus
