We’re looking for a Senior Creative to join the team on a 6 Month FTC, to lead the charge on social-first, culturally fluent ideas from initial spark to delivery. This will be working across LADbible Group’s most famous IP, including Agree to Disagree, Snack Wars and Honesty Box. You’ll be passionate about internet culture, entertainment and the creative potential of AI – coming up with ideas designed to get people talking and creating cultural buzz. Many of the projects will be led by world-famous talent as part of our Original IP and your work will be guaranteed to draw attention and eyeballs. Knowing the personalities and insights of this talent, and leveraging them to create buzz-worthy storylines will be key. Working within a team including creative producers, editors and talent partners, you’ll create content that’s scroll-stopping, on-trend and consistently engaging. Job Responsibility:
Lead creative ideation for a high-profile brand partnership, helping define and deliver its creative tone of voice
Own the idea pipeline
Champion AI storytelling, working with tools like GPTs and Gen-AI
Ideating ideas around world-famous talent appearing on Original IP
Collaborate with clients and internal teams, turning insights and briefs into compelling creative, and presenting ideas with confidence and clarity
Stay tapped into trends and culture, knowing what’s resonating on social, what’s next, and how to make content that connects
Requirements:
Senior-level experience in a social-first creative, editorial or advertising environment
Proven track record of ideating and executing stand-out creative
Fingers firmly on the cultural pulse – with lived-in knowledge of pop culture, entertainment and sport
Ability to think conceptually but act practically, shaping ideas that work across real-world production timelines
Hands-on experience (or excitement to learn) with generative AI tools and how they can unlock next-level storytelling
Deep understanding of content performance and what drives engagement on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
Strong writing and pitching ability, able to shape and sell an idea to clients and internal stakeholders alike
Comfortable switching gears between big-picture strategy and rapid-fire daily ideation
