We're looking for a Senior Creative to join Born Social and deliver best-in-class social-first work for food and drink clients! As a Senior Creative you'll translate strategy into pitch & award winning creative ideas and briefs for our Creatives to execute. Reporting into the Creative Director, you'll work closely with the Strategists to understand our client's brief, challenges, and opportunities, and use these to build out creative concepts that achieve measurable results. You also work closely with your Design & Studio team, briefing in and overseeing the production process to help bring your ideas to life. Job Responsibility:
Translating strategy into effective social-first creative ideas for pitch, project, always on and campaign work that sets the standard of what great looks like for our team and clients
Pitching and presenting, at both the new business stage and project delivery
Overseeing creative execution of creative strategies and briefs to ensure the excellence of output that follows the creative strategy by evolving and maintaining creative review criteria
Working to bridge the gap between our thinking and making by identifying key issues causing challenges in workflow between ideation and execution
Collaborating with other leaders to develop solutions that result in high quality work from both creative output
Supporting the performance and development of Creatives, ensuring they are thriving both as individuals and as a team as well as helping with the hiring and onboarding of new team members and freelancers
Working with the other Creative leaders to report and feedback insights on team performance related to work, process and culture
Supporting the writing of case studies and awards entries, proving creativity and effectiveness of our work and producing thought leadership content on your areas of expertise
Testing & teaching new approaches and tools within the creative strategy and account teams
Requirements:
You've got solid agency experience and have been in a Senior conceptual Creative or Senior Creative Strategy role before
You have a deep understanding of social media and how it can be harnessed for a variety of brands and businesses
You're a big thinker who's able to think social-first not social-only
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently to proactively find various routes into a brief
You have a proven track record of overseeing the creative production process
You've got strong deck writing, formatting and presentation skills
Experience and/or interest in working on food and drink brands is big plus for this role!
