Job Description

This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include Just Eat Takeaway, PepsiCo, Meta, OpenAI, eBay and many more. Digitally driven and culturally tapped, we’re looking for a solid senior creative who thinks idea out, not TV down. Zero gimmicks, just bold campaign thinking that captures attention, inspires behaviour change, and that makes people want to share it. We’re looking for a creative who specialises in change, gets bored easily and is proactive in their approach to looking for new solutions to even the oldest problems. Someone who understands what audiences want, who can put themselves in their shoes to create ideas that exceed expectations and inspire some sort of interaction within just a couple of seconds.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and craft ideas collaboratively with the creative and design team
  • Deliver on-brand and on-brief work within budget and allotted time
  • Be hands on and in the weeds to drive ideas from conception to completion
  • Champion craft and pay close attention to even the smallest details
  • Be aware of and respond to current advertising, media, tech and social trends
  • Present work internally and externally to a high standard
  • Make work that works, and that make you proud

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a senior creative within an agency or inhouse team
  • Experience in/love for automotive would be a huge bonus
  • Broad and killer portfolio of work
  • Strong copywriting and/or art direction experience
  • Experience with digital marketing, understanding platforms, potentials and limitations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with hawk-eyed attention to detail
  • Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team as well as with clients
  • A love for learning new things, platforms & mediums

Nice to have
