Job Description

Jellyfish is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the connection between brand strategy, cultural insight and performance creative across our client portfolio. You will report to our Senior Content Director and work directly with Content and Creative teams, acting as the lead Creative Strategist on clients across a range of industries. You will own performance creative and copy strategy while shaping creative output across multidisciplinary teams. Your focus is to develop audience-first strategies that drive conversion and strengthen brand relevance. Your strategies will celebrate the diversity of our society while delivering impact through industry-leading creative ideas. Your role is crucial in encouraging representation and inclusivity, ensuring cultural insight is translated into creative work that drives measurable business results and enhances customer experiences. You will be passionate about embracing and connecting with diverse communities through persuasive, data-driven creative content.

Job Responsibility

  • Demonstrate curiosity in understanding our client problems and finding a balanced solution with paid, earned and organic approaches
  • Apply audience, cultural and behavioral insight to inform strategic decisions and creative direction

Requirements

  • 5+ years working with leading brands across home, property, lifestyle and consumer services, in a creative or performance agency environment
  • Experience in integrated marketing roles with specific background in copywriting or communications strategy positions
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between brand strategy (voice, tone, identity) and performance marketing mechanics
  • Experience demonstrating a creative output across a diverse media mix, such as digital, paid media, messaging and copy
  • Experience working on digital ad campaigns with defined KPIs that demonstrate an understanding of full customer journeys and creator/influencer campaigns
  • Demonstrate empathy, deep cultural understanding, and a talent for unearthing groundbreaking concepts and content creation
  • Evidence from your own work to show you have progressively advocated and included diverse voices within your strategies
