Job Description:

We're seeking a Senior Creative Specialist to join our innovative data-driven creative team, where we focus on dynamic creative optimization (DCO), creative automation, and content production. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming how brands connect with their audiences through personalized, data-driven creative experiences. As a Senior Creative Specialist at Monks, you will collaborate with our stellar team to lead dynamic creative projects and advance creative campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a consultative role, where you will advise clients on how to harness DCO technology solutions and gen AI to optimize their creative performance and drive value. You will leverage your expertise to architect, implement, and optimize DCO campaigns, bridging the gap between media, creative, data, and strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Grow and scale the data-driven creative services team by supporting DCO, creative automation, and other content production initiatives
  • Architecting and executing data-driven, omnichannel dynamic creative campaigns (DCO)
  • Managing all aspects of creative production for display, video, and social campaigns from client scoping to creative production management
  • Supporting development of data-driven creative production briefs
  • Leading client-facing reporting calls and producing client-facing reports, and owning the accounts
  • Discussing and presenting creative performance insights to both internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Interpreting, analyzing and making recommendations against campaign and database metrics
  • Monitoring and analyzing creative performance for multiple paid media channels (ex. Display, Video, Social) through review of reporting dashboards and analysis
  • Analyzing data from historical campaigns & measuring the effectiveness of new creative strategies and activations
  • Working with internal teams to develop creative testing strategies based on identified insights and desired learnings
  • Harnessing AI to optimize creative workflows and internal operations
  • Leading ad hoc creative production projects, such as design and copywriting across display, social, email, etc.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, as well as other resources
  • Helping to identify new sales opportunities and support upsell conversations

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of online advertising experience, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, ad technology company, or brand
  • 1+ years of experience providing campaign reporting and analysis
  • 1+ years of experience working with creative production teams
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to organize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • High degree of comfort using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets and other data analysis tools
  • Experience in a client facing role across a range of industry verticals
  • Ability to work as a self-starter and within cross-functional roles
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and comfort with shifting course as needed
  • Drive to discover, learn, adapt, and test new ideas and build an offering from an early stage
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially when discussing technical topics
  • Comfort presenting and leading internal and external discussions

Nice to have:

  • 1+ years of experience with dynamic creative, using Google Studio and/or similar ad platforms (Flashtalking/Innovid, Smartly, Jivox, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI to optimize creative production workflows and general operations
  • Experience using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and/or AfterEffects
