Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Creative Producer to help drive our biggest brand and product moments in 2026. This is a hands-on, high-craft production role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, culture, and operations. You'll partner with Brand Creative, Product, Growth, and external agencies to turn ambitious ideas into exceptional work delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality bar. If you are equal parts operator and creative mind, if you love bringing order to creative chaos, and if you can shepherd complex campaigns across multiple channels without losing clarity or humanity, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end production for campaigns, product launches, cultural drops, and major brand moments
  • Build timelines, scopes, budgets, and production plans across film, social, digital, OOH, and experiential
  • Manage intake and prioritization across Creative, Product, Growth, and Brand Marketing
  • Lead external agencies, production partners, creators, and vendors from pitch through final delivery
  • Ensure everything we ship meets Phantom's craft bar and stays consistent with our brand
  • Build simple, repeatable systems for reviews, approvals, and resourcing
  • Spot risks early, remove blockers, and keep work moving
  • Support the brand refresh and help roll out the updated identity across surfaces
  • Help shape how the brand creative org runs as we scale
  • Partner with Brand Creative and Product leadership to define what Phantom makes by setting creative direction, formats, and expressions, and translating strategy into clear briefs that drive high-impact work
  • Establish and uphold Phantom’s creative standards across channels, pressure-testing ideas for craft, feasibility, cultural relevance, and brand fit, and making confident calls on readiness to ship
  • Bring a production lens to early ideation to unlock bold, scalable ideas, navigate trade-offs between speed, cost, and craft, and evolve partners, formats, and models as the brand and product ecosystem grow

Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years experience producing multi-channel creative work
  • Proven track record shipping campaigns across film, social, digital, OOH, and experiential
  • Strong cross-functional coordination with Product, Growth, and Product Marketing Managers
  • Excellent at managing timelines, scopes, budgets, and vendors
  • High craft standards and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Clear communicator who stays calm under pressure
  • Experience running agencies, creators, freelancers, and production studios
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Eligibility to participate in performance bonus program
  • Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision) — 100% covered
  • Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: laptop, headphones, and any other work gear you may need
  • Flexible hours and a long-standing, supportive remote environment
  • Unlimited vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Wellness benefit
  • Daily lunch benefit
