Job Description

You're a seasoned creative with a gift for storytelling, a sharp sense of humour, and the kind of instincts that turn a brief into something people actually feel. As Senior Creative Producer at Movember, you'll lead the charge on audio-visual content from first idea to final delivery: concepting, directing, producing, and editing work that raises the bar every time. This isn't content for content's sake. Every frame, every cut, every piece of casting is in service of one of the world's most recognisable men's health movements, and the stakes are real. You'll be a cornerstone of the Creative Services team, sitting alongside other senior creatives to collaborate on Movember's biggest and most complex projects. You'll mentor and guide regional Content Producers across the organisation, bringing your expertise to bear wherever it's needed, and you'll own the full production process from assembling the right talent and crew, to managing assets, developing quotes, and holding external partners to account. You know every stage of production inside out, and you know how to make it run smoothly even when the budget is tight and the deadline is tighter. In the edit suite, you'll shape narratives using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, review cuts, provide sharp and constructive feedback, and ensure every piece of work reflects Movember's brand and style with consistency and care. You'll use Frame.io and similar tools to manage workflows across multiple simultaneous projects, never losing sight of quality or pace. Beyond execution, you'll be a creative force in the room: proactively pitching ideas for social and owned channels, staying across the latest trends and technologies, and actively pushing Movember's creative output into new territory. You'll bring a genuine passion for storytelling, a working knowledge of art history, design, comedy, pop culture and contemporary aesthetics, and the kind of cultural curiosity that keeps creative work from going stale. Reporting to the Head of Studio and based in Melbourne, this is a full-time permanent role for someone who leads with creative conviction, thrives under pressure, and genuinely believes that great content can change the conversation around men's health.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the charge on audio-visual content from first idea to final delivery: concepting, directing, producing, and editing work
  • Mentor and guide regional Content Producers across the organisation

  • A superb storyteller with a strong creative vision and deep understanding of what makes audiences tick
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with directors, editors, copywriters, designers, animators, photographers and sound engineers
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of video equipment and production technologies
  • Exceptional project management skills, including experience with tools like Asana and review platforms such as Frame.io
  • A genuine passion for art history, design, comedy, pop culture, contemporary aesthetics and the kind of counterculture that makes great content
  • Proven ability to stretch low production budgets and extract multiple content outputs from a single shoot
  • Established relationships with filmmakers and creatives, particularly in Melbourne
  • Outstanding people skills, a natural collaborator who knows how to lead, mentor and inspire

Nice to have

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline
  • Experience working within a global organisation with matrix decision-making across local and global teams
