Job Description

This is a rare opportunity for a senior, hands-on, ideas-led creative to take genuine ownership of creative direction within a growing independent agency working with global brands. The role spans retail, shopper, ecommerce, digital, social and in-store communications, offering real influence over creative output, culture and ways of working.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and uphold creative standards across all agency work
  • Lead concept development across retail, ecommerce, digital, social and print
  • Ensure creative output is high quality, on-brand and commercially effective
  • Develop big ideas for campaigns, product launches and in-store activations
  • Lead and mentor a small in-house creative team and manage freelance support
  • Partner closely with strategy and client teams to shape ideas and presentations
  • Oversee projects from concept to delivery, balancing ambition with budgets and timelines
  • Lead film and photography shoots where required
  • Champion innovation, technology and the responsible use of AI within the creative process

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a creative role within an agency
  • Senior-level experience
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a portfolio showing high-quality ideas across video, digital and print
  • Experience in retail, shopper marketing, ecommerce and product launches
  • Hands-on experience with film and photography production bonus
  • Strong understanding of production processes across digital and print
  • Clear passion for AI, technology and innovation
