Job Responsibility:
Own and uphold creative standards across all agency work
Lead concept development across retail, ecommerce, digital, social and print
Ensure creative output is high quality, on-brand and commercially effective
Develop big ideas for campaigns, product launches and in-store activations
Lead and mentor a small in-house creative team and manage freelance support
Partner closely with strategy and client teams to shape ideas and presentations
Oversee projects from concept to delivery, balancing ambition with budgets and timelines
Lead film and photography shoots where required
Champion innovation, technology and the responsible use of AI within the creative process
Requirements:
Extensive experience in a creative role within an agency
Senior-level experience
Strong conceptual thinker with a portfolio showing high-quality ideas across video, digital and print
Experience in retail, shopper marketing, ecommerce and product launches
Hands-on experience with film and photography production bonus
Strong understanding of production processes across digital and print
Clear passion for AI, technology and innovation
