An award-winning Legal 500 firm based in Liverpool is looking to expand its specialist Court of Protection (Property & Affairs) team with the addition of a Senior Solicitor. Job Responsibility

Handling complex, sensitive matters relating to property and financial affairs for clients who lack mental capacity

Requirements

  • A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Court of Protection – Property & Affairs matters
  • Comfortable handling a busy and varied caseload involving deputyship applications, ongoing deputyship administration, statutory wills, and complex financial management
  • Confident working with vulnerable individuals, their families, local authorities, and other professionals in a sensitive and professional manner
  • Able to work autonomously at a senior level, as well as contribute to the team’s continued growth and mentoring junior team members
