Our client is a fast-growing media and digital marketing agency helping iGaming brands gain visibility and market share through innovative, performance-driven digital solutions. By combining data-led strategy, high-quality content, and strong commercial partnerships, they position products and services in front of the right audience at the right time. As the business continues to scale, they are now seeking a Senior Country Manager – Finland to take full ownership of the Finnish market. This is a commercially critical leadership role for a senior affiliate professional who understands casino, brand, content, and performance marketing in depth. You will be fully responsible for the Finnish market, owning the P&L, driving revenue growth, shaping the local brand strategy, and strengthening operator partnerships. • Define and execute the overall market strategy for Finland, aligned with company growth objectives
  • Track and optimise key KPIs, including NDCs, FTDs, CPA performance, conversion rates, and rev share yield
  • Lead the local content roadmap and ensure all affiliate content complies with Finnish gambling regulations
  • Drive brand positioning and campaign strategy across organic and paid channels
  • Oversee and optimise Finnish-facing websites, ensuring strong UX, trust positioning, and conversion performance
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with casino operators (CPA, hybrid, rev share)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Affiliate Managers and key stakeholders at operators
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen the company’s positioning within the Finnish iGaming ecosystem
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Product, VIP, and content teams
  • Lay the foundation for future team growth, with the opportunity to build and manage Affiliate Managers as the market expands
  • Represent the brand professionally within the iGaming industry

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within iGaming affiliate marketing
  • Deep expertise in the Finnish market, cultural understanding, player behaviour, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment
  • Strong background in online casino, with hands-on exposure to brand management and content strategy
  • Demonstrated experience owning and managing P&L responsibility
  • Clear track record of revenue growth and commercial impact
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring CPA, hybrid, and revenue share deals
  • Established and active network within the iGaming industry
  • Experience managing brand campaigns across organic and paid digital channels
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content performance, digital acquisition funnels, and monetisation strategies
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial action
  • Autonomous, performance-driven, and comfortable operating at a senior level without heavy supervision
What we offer:
  • Competitive Compensation: You will receive a highly competitive compensation package, which includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and other incentives, all reflective of your experience and contribution
  • Work-Life Balance: We value work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements, recognising that achieving your best in your career requires a healthy balance between work and personal life
