• Lead Invisible’s global employment, labor, and compliance strategy
• Spearhead the Future of Work in AI through scaling talent marketplaces, navigating U.S. and international employment law and compliance
• Actively counsel teams cross-functionally to maintain our gold-standard to marketplace compliance
• Drive and maintain our global labor compliance framework that enables seamless proactive adjustments in response to evolving regulations across jurisdictions
• Leverage your deep expertise in talent marketplaces, agile workforce programs, and enterprise solutions to drive diverse and high-quality talent at scale

• Deep Expertise in International Employment and Labor Law: Possess a thorough understanding of complex labor and tax regulations across various jurisdictions
• Proven Compliance Experience: deep experience developing and executing effective labor compliance strategies within multinational corporations
• Innovative mindset, roll-up your sleeves mentality
• Analytical and Strategic Acumen: Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to engage in high-level strategic planning and execution
• Exceptional Communication and Instructional Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate complex legal and tax concepts clearly and effectively
• Industry Insight: Familiarity with the tech-enabled services sector
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in employment and/or labor law, and experience working on international talent mobility
