Our client is a leading O&G company in the Gulf with an excellent reputation. They require a Senior Counsel who will focus on supporting its infrastructure, particularly in construction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Focus on supporting its infrastructure, particularly in construction
  • Cover new construction and the maintenance and use of existing infrastructure, particularly in relation to some of the country’s ports
  • Working closely with the rest of the legal team and also with the commercial departments

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a lawyer in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain or Portugal
  • At least 12 years post qualified experience working with Real Estate, preferably within the energy field
  • Experience of working with ports/marine related work would be of particular interest
