Our client is a leading energy company headquartered in Qatar. Their business continues to expand and to support this expansion the company is interested in hiring lawyers of the highest quality. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Counsel to focus on Competition and Anti-Trust.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advising the company on all aspects of anti-trust and competition law
  • Managing and co-ordinating merger controls

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a lawyer in a leading jurisdiction
  • At least seven years’ PQE
  • Focussed on anti-trust law, merger control law and regulatory compliance

  • Take ownership of the drafting, review, and negotiation of all forms of partnership and alliance agreements and associated program documentation including distribution and resale, services delivery, referral, systems integrator, managed services, cloud marketplace, and more
  • Advise your fellow Wizards on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity
  • Respond promptly to requests for legal advice from business teams, summarizing and communicating legal concepts that business people can understand and use
