Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and execute timely, accurate monthly closing and reporting activities for product costing and inventory accounting
  • Maintain and analyze standard costs for manufactured goods and raw materials
  • Calculate actual prices of finished goods and raw materials each month in SAP
  • Conduct monthly price and usage variance analysis
  • Prepare and analyze transfer prices for intra-group transactions
  • Deliver monthly inventory reports and perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Guarantee accurate bookkeeping by calculating and posting accruals and provisions
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement projects
  • Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multinational setting
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of weighted average inventory valuation and its use in cost accounting and financial reporting
  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Confident working with ERP systems like SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Independently prioritizes tasks, drives efficiency, and ensures timely, high-quality deliverables
  • Connects the dots across teams, acts as a strategic partner, and efficiently communicates data-driven insights
