Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute timely, accurate monthly closing and reporting activities for product costing and inventory accounting
Maintain and analyze standard costs for manufactured goods and raw materials
Calculate actual prices of finished goods and raw materials each month in SAP
Conduct monthly price and usage variance analysis
Prepare and analyze transfer prices for intra-group transactions
Deliver monthly inventory reports and perform balance sheet reconciliations
Guarantee accurate bookkeeping by calculating and posting accruals and provisions
Actively engage in continuous improvement projects
Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements:
3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multinational setting
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Deep understanding of weighted average inventory valuation and its use in cost accounting and financial reporting
Strong verbal and written English
Confident working with ERP systems like SAP
Advanced Excel skills
Independently prioritizes tasks, drives efficiency, and ensures timely, high-quality deliverables
Connects the dots across teams, acts as a strategic partner, and efficiently communicates data-driven insights
Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments with a self-driven approach to learning and improvement
Mentors junior team members and contributes to a learning-driven team culture
