Job Responsibility

  • Advising a stellar client base across FTSE-listed companies, major financial institutions and high-growth private businesses
  • Handling strategic M&A tax structuring, group reorganisations, incentives schemes, and investment fund structuring
  • Managing client relationships and leading on key elements of transactional work
  • Mentoring and contributing to business development

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ PQE in corporate tax, with strong experience in M&A and tax structuring
  • Confidence managing client relationships and leading on key elements of transactional work
  • Experience in private funds, private equity and/or ECM would be a plus
  • A team player who enjoys mentoring and contributing to business development
