Join a leading national firm’s corporate tax team in Birmingham, advising a high-profile client base in sectors like tech, energy, and private equity. The role involves transactional tax work, M&A structuring, and business development. A clear progression path towards Legal Director and Partnership is offered.

Job Responsibility

Advising a stellar client base across FTSE-listed companies, major financial institutions and high-growth private businesses
Handling strategic M&A tax structuring, group reorganisations, incentives schemes, and investment fund structuring
Managing client relationships and leading on key elements of transactional work
Mentoring and contributing to business development

Requirements

5+ years’ PQE in corporate tax, with strong experience in M&A and tax structuring
Confidence managing client relationships and leading on key elements of transactional work
Experience in private funds, private equity and/or ECM would be a plus
A team player who enjoys mentoring and contributing to business development

Nice to have
