My client, a leading national firm, is looking to grow their corporate tax team with an experienced solicitor (5+ PQE) who thrives on complex transactional work and is keen to carve a path towards Legal Director and eventually Partnership. You’d be advising a stellar client base across FTSE-listed companies, major financial institutions and high-growth private businesses—especially in sectors like tech, energy & renewables, and private equity. The work spans strategic M&A tax structuring, group reorganisations, incentives schemes, and investment fund structuring, often alongside headline transactions. You’ll join a tight-knit, collaborative team in Birmingham with national reach—one that really invests in people, supports flexible working, and values knowledge sharing. Technical excellence is key here, and the firm actively supports further qualifications like the CTA.

Job Responsibility:
