We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This position is ideal for a strategic recruitment specialist with expertise in corporate talent acquisition. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in attracting top-tier talent for leadership and technical roles while serving as a brand ambassador at industry events and community engagements. This is a long-term contract opportunity that offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for corporate and mining leadership positions, ensuring a seamless experience from intake to onboarding
Develop tailored strategies to attract candidates for specialized, technical, and hard-to-fill roles
Provide hiring managers with expert advice on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment challenges
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-driven recruitment methods
Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and college campuses to strengthen early-career and experienced candidate pipelines
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values, culture, and growth opportunities to potential candidates
Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies while ensuring accurate documentation within applicant tracking systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes and share best practices across the team
Collaborate with communications teams to enhance employer branding and strengthen the company’s presence at external engagements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate recruitment
Proven expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates for technical and leadership roles, ideally within the mining industry
Familiarity with recruiting for site-based or project-driven operations is highly preferred
Strong ability to work independently while maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders
Experience with global recruitment processes and strategies is a plus
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and full-cycle recruitment methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the organization in various capacities
