The Senior Corporate Operations Executive will oversee and enhance operational efficiency across cash handling, outbound, and inbound processes. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance with company standards, effective incident management, and the implementation of customized services to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to safety, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and enhance operational efficiency across cash handling, outbound, and inbound processes
Daily follow-up and support to the Middle-Mile KPIs operational excellence, leveraging systems and processes to maximize the operations' efficiency and productivity
Statistical/Analytical skills to study data, analyze trends
Analyze data on actual performance against target and provide action plan to solve problems and improve processes
Supporting ramex stations to achieve service excellence based on Aramex standard procedure
Work side by side with the digital transformation team to align the Middle-mile digital transformation plan with all network stations
Prepare and arrange system training sessions and ensure ground operations resources have the needed knowledge to perform their work
Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Conduct thorough research to support the feasibility and potential impact of new ideas
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in industrial engineering
1 - 3 Years of experience in the same field
Excellent command of English
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office
Analytical and problem-solving Skills
Team spirit
Interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have:
Background in data visualization using BI tools is a plus
