Job Description:

Join an established corporate team of an international law firm as a senior corporate M&A lawyer. Work in a close-knit and collegiate team on a range of corporate finance and corporate commercial work.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, provide complex legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and corporate governance
develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand the firm's client base and generate new business
supervise and collaborate with a close-knit team in a high-performing team environment
represent the firm at industry events and conferences, enhancing the firm's reputation and visibility
contribute to the firm's strategic planning and business development initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends

Requirements:

HK/AU/UK qualified
experience leading corporate M&A and corporate finance transactions
fluent in English and Chinese (read and write)
excellent academic records
4-7 PQE
