Lead post-event recaps and reporting, synthesizing insights, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback into clear recommendations
Establish and refine event processes, templates, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability
Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development
Stay current on industry trends, event technologies, and best practices—particularly within financial services and corporate events
Requirements:

Proven experience leading executive-level forums, summits, and high-stakes stakeholder events
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect events to broader business goals
Deep understanding of the financial industry and comfort working with senior leaders and regulated environments
Demonstrated experience managing in-person, virtual, and hybrid event formats
Excellent project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear recaps and executive-ready presentations
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Willingness to travel as required for on-site event execution
