Job Description:

The Corporate Development and Ventures team is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions, investments and joint ventures for T-Mobile and developing the investment portfolio of T-Mobile Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, Business (Finance, Accounting), Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields (e.g., Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences) or equivalent experience
4+ years experience in a deal environment (corporate development, investment banking, private equity and/or venture capital)
Communications or technology industry experience highly desired
Strong analytical skills, fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation and broad quantitative analyses and familiarity with accounting & key operational metrics
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities demanding both rigorous attention to detail and high level comprehensive solutions
Strategically-minded, contributes to the development of a coherent overarching strategic vision for the company
Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong cross-functional relationships across an organization to achieve common goals
Build logical narrative structures independently tailored to executives and create compelling visualizations
Demonstrated ability to develop external relationships to uncover business opportunities for possible corporate development or strategic partnership
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
