Job Responsibility:

Managing and mitigating legal and regulatory risks
Sourcing and managing outside law firms
Counseling on a wide range of matters, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, employment, marketing, and intellectual property
Negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements

Requirements:

12 or more years of relevant experience
Experience in-house and at a law firm
Admitted in Connecticut
Possess a strong law school academic record
Have excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
