We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to amplify Everlaw’s story across legal, business, and technology media. In this role, you’ll help bring our message to the market through strategic storytelling that resonates in earned, paid, and social media. In this role, you’ll help shape the communications strategy that will raise Everlaw’s profile and bring our story to the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Amplify Everlaw’s story across legal, business, and technology media
  • Help bring message to market through strategic storytelling in earned, paid, and social media
  • Shape communications strategy to raise Everlaw’s profile
  • Partner with executives, subject matter experts, and customers to deliver communications plans
  • Build relationships with journalists and media partners
  • Drive executive thought leadership in third-party publications
  • Grow external communications strategy and execution
  • Craft compelling stories about Everlaw
  • Get to know the marketing and executive team
  • Own media program: work with PR agency to pitch, brief, place, and measure coverage
  • Maintain and grow reporter relationships
  • Drive announcements and momentum around key product launches, business momentum, customer narratives, and brand campaigns
  • Become a subject matter expert in litigation and investigations competitive landscape
  • Gain deeper understanding of Everlaw’s software and customers
  • Develop communications strategy with leadership and agency
  • Generate strong coverage via top article placement, winning key awards, and thought leadership blogs
  • Guide social media to amplify communications messaging, expand executive recognition, support employer branding, and drive brand awareness
  • Protect brand by countering misinformation and responding to reputational challenges

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of PR experience
  • Demonstrated capabilities cultivating relationships with journalists and influencers to generate stories at top publications
  • Experience effectively handling crisis management
  • Experience managing an agency
  • Strong understanding and track record managing organic social media
  • Experience effectively using social media platforms to proactively drive corporate narrative, ensure executive visibility, and provide data-driven insights
  • Excellent soft skills including sensitivity to stakeholder needs, strong internal relationship building, clear communication, deep organizational skills, and flexible time management
  • Creativity and curiosity to uncover new stories
  • Eagerness to learn and develop craft
  • Authorization to work in the United States
